The design is in development for a new 20,000 SF contemporary Brazilian Steakhouse called Chima. With locations in Brazil; Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Tysons Corner, Va., Chima is expanding into the U.S. market and has retained DAS to develop designs for the new location in Philadelphia. Located within a large commercial and residential hi rise, the existing two-story space will be completely transformed from its prior use as a day school into a sophisticated and luxurious restaurant and private event space. The design will compliment the modern motifs found in Chima’s other locations and will further develop the brand imagery for the growing Chima chain.

Opening is anticipated for the summer of 2007.
