DAS is working closely with the Development Team on the design of a new 110,000 SF destination Ballroom, Conference Center, and Hotel Complex, to be located just outside the small resort town of New Hope, Pa. The project design will be based on the architectural work of “Greene and Greene”, well known for their work in the “Craftsman” style of architecture during the early 1900’s. This style features hand crafted and exposed woodwork, rich and warm finishes, integrated lighting and extensive detailing. This large resort project is currently in Construction Documents. Construction is expected to start the summer of 2007.
