This new restaurant concept is being developed for Georges Perrier of Le Bec Fin fame. "Spichi" will be a romantically sensual lounge set within a catecombed ceiling structure, abstracted as a dramatic and surreal ambience. It will feature a large central bar, wine caves, an open feature Kitchen and a retail bakery. The menu will be a tapas style menu for patrons to savor and share specialty dishes.
