Kevin F. Donohoe, the developer for the Curtis Center, a 1.5 million SF historic office renovation, wanted the leasing offices and his management offices to show prospective office tenants that contemporary office environments can be extremely successful and dramatic in an old historic building. DAS created a design to compliment the rich charm of the historic architectural character with custom contemporary elements. DAS has since designed and implemented over 500,000 SF of office space within the Curtis Center for numerous law firms, corporations, and publishing companies.
