The design for this 12,000 SF new fine casual restaurant is based on an authentic “craftsman” style of architecture featuring beautifully crafted wood elements, open cathedral ceilings and a mesquite wood grill in an exhibition kitchen. This warm and vibrant 300-seat restaurant is designed with three year-round outdoor dining porches, each with fire pits and cozy comfortable seating. A large bar features a hand crafted communal table made of French Elm wood. This unique bar top table, which is positioned in the center of the bar, is an attraction for patrons wishing to socialize with other bar patrons. Jazz music is also provided in the bar area on a permanent stage and classic movies are projected in the bar on the adjoining lounge wall adjacent to a large fireplace.

Large custom designed chandelier fixtures made of rusticated metal and glass suspend throughout the dining rooms and bar area as focal points. Custom glass torch fixtures are mounted along the bar top to provide low ambient light on the bar surface where ceilings are high. The private dining room seats upward of 100 guests and larger venues are possible by utilizing the lawn for outdoor or tented events.

The restaurant is located near Princeton, New Jersey in Forestal Village, a large, mixed-use commercial development. This is the fourth restaurant for Salt Creek Grille with other locations in Dana Point, Calif., Valenica, Calif., and Rumson, N.J.
