When owner
Xavier Teixido, past President of the National Restaurant Association,
commissioned DAS to design a Ballroom addition for his successful restaurant,
instructions were simply: "Build us a ballroom facility like no other." Teixido
wanted to set his facility apart from the generic venues, commonly found
in the area.
DAS created the stylish 12,000 SF formal ballroom addition to
allow for maximum flexibility. An enclosed outdoor
courtyard can be used for al fresco dining or as a pre-function
space. DAS designed the entire space, which includes three individual
ballrooms that can be used separately or combined to open into one
large facility for up to 350 people. Pleased with the outcome, Teixido
retained DAS to renovate his 200-seat restaurant and bar to compliment
the ballrooms. |
